Reflection exercise

As I listened to the reflection exercise, I allowed my mind to clear, It felt so good and I felt at peace with my thoughts.

  1. Isn't it amazing that it sometimes, when one is open for it, doesn't take a lot to achieve this little bit of peace? I am always amazed how simple breathing can affect my whole state of mind, and how my body feels. It is so worth trying out over and over again. I had major troubles stopping the thinking machine...but after trying over and over it works better and better. best thing about the peace is when it stays for a while!
